In contrast, many high-end hotels rely on brand consistency. Dining at a Four Seasons Hotel in one city often mirrors the experience in another. While this ensures reliability, it can also limit uniqueness. At Fairmont Grand Del Mar, each restaurant feels distinct, with its own identity and philosophy.
The ambiance also plays a critical role. Rather than overwhelming guests with opulence, the resort creates spaces that invite relaxation and connection. Dining becomes less about spectacle and more about presence.
